Description of Accident: Sustained high velocity winds damaged aft control surfaces while aircraft was tied down. ***Additional damage sustained as a result of microburst at Erie Municipal Airport *** Aircraft flipped and came to rest inverted; Inspection highly recommended
Description of Damage: Elevator and rudder bent. Possible damage to control wires (has not been inspected). Evidence that aircraft has not been flown in a considerable amount time - birds nesting in engine cowling. ***Additional damage sustained as a result of microburst at Erie Municipal Airport *** Inspection highly recommended
LogBooks Comment: Logbook entry indicating the airplane was a total loss was made all pertinent logs (airframe/engine/propeller) Log books avaliable for inspection in Los Angeles, last log entry 02/10/2010.

Winning bidder will be notified immediately and agrees to provide wire transfer or money order. Salvage will not be released until receipt of your wire transfer or money order. All storage and handling charges accrued after 7/29/2018 12:00:00 AM will be the responsibility of the buyer.
