Engines Comments: Engine was starved of oil due to an undetected leak in th eoil cooler. Heat damage, cracked case half. See attached pictures. Prop strike damge also suspected.

Description of Accident: Pilot noted VERY low oil pressure shortly after take-off. Engine suged and stopped. Aircraft was landed in a nearby field close to the airport.
Description of Damage: Fuselage wrinkled, left and right wings damaged, spar damage suspected. Engine heat and prop strike damged; prop bent. See attached pictures
LogBooks Comment: Logbooks are avaialble for examination by appointment
Remarks: Examination of this aircraft is highly recommended. Heat damage to engine suspected.
